Return Policy

Returns: We accept returns of unopened and unused products in original packaging within thirty (30) days of receipt. We will refund your purchase price less shipping and handling charges and taxes, if applicable. In order to receive a refund, you must email us at returns@simplypetlife.com with a description of the product and reason for the requested return. We will provide you with a return authorization number. You are responsible for packing and shipping the returned products. We are unable to accept returns of damaged goods, so please take care when returning products to us.

Damaged Products: If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please email us at returns@simplypetlife.com. We will provide you instructions for returning the item and obtaining a replacement.

Mis-Shipped Products or Other Shipping Errors: If you have received an incorrect item, please email us at returns@simplypetlife.com for instructions on receiving a replacement. If your shipment is refused on delivery and returned to us for any reason, including address errors, we reserve the right to charge you a restocking fee as well as any charges incurred in shipping the items back to us.

Cancellations: We often process orders the same day we receive them, so you may not be able to cancel your order once it has been placed. If your cancellation request is received after the product is ready for shipping, we reserve the right to charge you a restocking fee. Send all cancellation requests to returns@simplypetlife.com.
